    I. General requirements

    Guided by Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we will fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the 20th Plenary Session, fully, accurately and comprehensively implement the new development concept, build a new development pattern, promote the institutional opening up of service trade as the main line, take the construction of the service trade standard system as the grasp, and adhere to coordination.     Through five years, we will improve the national service trade standardization work capacity, cultivate a number of service trade standardization technical institutions and leading groups, promote the formulation of a number of service trade standards in key areas, lead or participate in the formulation of a number of international service trade standards, and significantly improve the level of service trade standardization. By 2030, a standard system covering multiple fields and the whole chain of service trade will be basically established to meet the needs of high-quality development of service trade.
